What they do
A Therapeutic Horsemanship Program Providing Horse Riding Lessons and Grooming Skills to Individuals With Special Needs and At-risk Youth. The Program Provided Summer Lessons to 48 Riders With Special Needs and 19 At-risk Youth Weekly Over The Summer Months. In Addition, 28 Riders and 8 Horses Participated In A Competition Hosted By Mountain Eagles At Rancho Tres Coronas In Brainerd In July. Programming Also Includes A Day Dedicated to Collaborating With Wounded Warrior Project In Offering Veterans and Family Members A One Hour Horse Riding Experience. In 2025, 57 Individuals Participated In This Activity. Five Groups of Youth, 23 Total Individuals, From The Local Public School Special Education Attended Sessions At Jack Pine Stables. The Facility Also Hosted A 2-day Program for 40 Individuals In The MATS, Medication Assisted Treatment Services Program. Twenty-nine Church Youth and 4 Leaders Enjoyed A Day of Learning More About The Variety of Equine Assisted Services and Activities and
