This is An Overall Summary of The Isabella Child Development Center Preschool. We Provide A Free Preschool Program for 4-year-old Children From Low-income Families. The Primary Goal is to Provide A Developmentally Appropriate Preschool Experience That Prepares Children for Success In Kindergarten. A School-day Program That Meets 4 Days Per Week, 8:30am to 3:30pm, is Offered for Up to 15, 4-year-old Children The Year Prior to Kindergarten Entry. This is A Change From Our Prior Year Where We Served 3- and 4-year-old Children In A 1/2 Day Program. Needs In Our Community Have Changed and A Full-day (school-day) Program Fills A Greater Need In Our Service Area. The Program Begins In Early September and Runs Through Mid-May and Mirrors The Calendar of The Local School District. Developmental Assessments Are Used At The Beginning of The School Year to Assess Individual Child Needs and As A Benchmark for Progress Throughout The Year.
