THIS LEAGUE HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED AS A NON-PROFIT and EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION. THE LEAGUE SHALL PROVIDE A GOVERNING STRUCTURE to ADMINISTER YOUTH SOCCER and SHALL PROVIDE A VEHICLE to COMMUNICATE INFORMATION to PLAYERS, PARENTS, COACHES, REFEREES, and OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES.
