IN ITS EFFORT to KEEP ITS MEMBERSHIP INFORMED of ACTIVITIES and to PROVIDE A WRITTEN EDUCATIONAL FORUM, TEN MONTHS EACH YEAR THE MCA PRODUCES and DISTRIBUTES A NEWSLETTER, THE MICHIGAN CHEFS, WHICH is MAILED to ALL MEMBERS.
