THE TARGET POPULATION INCLUDES UNDERSERVED, LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS (SENIORS, WOMEN, BLACK MALES, AT-RISK YOUTH and FAMILIES) LIVING WITHIN AMBER WOODS APARTMENTS and RESIDENTS LIVING ON THE FAR EASTSIDE of INDIANAPOLIS and SURROUNDING AREAS.VISION STATEMENT: PATHWAY is A CARING TRANSFORMATIONAL CENTER of EXCELLENCE THAT CONTRIBUTES to THE WORKFORCE, FAMILY and ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT of THE COMMUNITY. THEIR CULTURE FOSTERS PROFESSIONALISM, HONESTY, and INTEGRITY THROUGH A SUPPORTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT is ACCESSIBLE and AFFORDABLE to RESIDENTS.
