Services Included Reentry Support Mental Health Counseling Anger Management Family Safety and Domestic Violence Intervention Parenting Education and Reunification Support. Through Evidence-based Therapeutic Interventions and Coordinated Case Management CFELT Achieved The Following Outcomes: 82% of Participants Successfully Completed Their Assigned Programs 76% Demonstrated Improved Emotional Regulation and Coping Skills Based On Pre- and Post-assessments 71% Reported Reduced Family Conflict and Increased Stability In The Home 68% of Reentry Participants Secured Employment Housing or Both Within Six Months of Enrollment Reduced Recidivism Risk Through Ongoing Support Accountability and Life-skills Development Increased
