The Net Proceeds Are Used to Fund The Maintenance and Operation of The Building, But More Importantly Donations Are Made to Several Local Charitable Organizations. Unused Funds Are Held In Reserve and Invested for Future Repairs to The Building or for Future Donations to Our Communities Charitable Organizations. Investment Proceeds Are Reinvested and Reserved for The Same Future Uses.
