SHAWANO COUNTRY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
EIN 39-0741103 · Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues (S41)
What they do
IN 2018 WE SUCCESSFULLY PROMOTED THE SHAWANO COUNTRY AREA to TOURISTS BY ADVERTISING AT CONVENTIONS, HOTELS, RESTAURANTS, ETC. WE ALSO PROMOTED THE SHAWANO COUNTRY AREA to BUSINESSES & PROFESSIONALS THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS, SCHOOLS and BUSINESSES. WE PROMOTED LOCAL ECONOMIC GROWTH THROUGH OUR CHAMBER BUCKS PROGRAM WHERE RECIPIENTS SPEND THEIR CHAMBER BUCKS AT LOCAL RETAILERS. IT is DIFFICULT to STATISTICALLY MEASURE THE EXACT IMPACT of OUR EFFORTS, BUT THE SHAWANO COUNTRY AREA is GROWING BOTH SOCIALLY and ECONOMICALLY.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
