IN 2024, 725 INDIVIDUALS ENTERED EMPLOYMENT WITH ASSISTANCE FROM GOODWILL NCW and ON AVERAGE EARNED AN AVERAGE INCREASE of $7.38 PER HOUR AFTER RECEIVING SKILL-BUILDING and EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FROM GOODWILL. THIS RESULTED IN A $4.5M ANNUAL INCREASE IN WAGES for INDIVIDUALS SERVED THROUGH GOODWILL NCW PROGRAMMING.
