During 2025, Numina Foundation Was Formed and Received 501(c)(3) Exempt Status. In Furtherance of Our Exempt Purposes, We Obtained An Initial Site Upon Which We Intend to Establish A Visionary Off-grid Exhibition, Teaching, and Intimate Artistic Forum Space. At Our Planned Facility, Numina Aims to Offer A Regenerative Experience for The Human Spirit Through A Contemplative Immersion In The Beauty and Stillness of The Natural Setting, and The Inspired Artworks With Their Poetic Invocations. In A Light-filled Architecture, Beneath The Majestic Presence of The Surrounding Sangre Di Cristo Mountains, All Will Combine to Deepen Awareness and Assist The Contemplative Process. Selected Works From The Collection of Internationally Recognized Painter Marika Popovits Will Be A Flagship Feature of The Planned Exhibition Space.
