UPON APPLICATION and ACCEPTANCE, MEMBERS ARE INVITED to PARTICIPATE IN ALL MELC PROGRAMS, ELIGIBLE to RECEIVE ALL INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS AVAILABLE for MEMBERSHIP DISTRIBUTION and FREE to CONSULT WITH OTHER MEMBERS and THE MELC GENERAL COUNSEL REGARDING CURRENT LEGAL DEVELOPMENTS and HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTICES.
