THE COLLABORATIVE ALSO FACILITATES INFORMATION SHARING AMONG PARTNERS and SERVICE DELIVERY PROGRAMS VIA GATHERINGS and A WEBSITE, and PROVIDES TRAINING for LOCAL COLLABORATIVE TIME STUDY (LCTS) PARTICIPANTS KEEPING THEM UP to DATE
