THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT (HAP CONTRACT) WITH HUD, WHICH PROVIDES RENTAL ASSISTANCE for ALL of THE COMMUNITYS UNITS and EXPIRES ON MAY 31, 2042.
