THE CHAPTER MEETING is DESIGNED to PROVIDE CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION for PHYSICIANS to ENHANCE THEIR MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE and ABILITY to PRACTICE MEDICINE. THIS MEETING is A CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME) MEETING HELD OVER A FOUR DAY PERIOD BY THE MISSOURI CHAPTER of THE ACP. THE CHAPTER MEETING PROVIDES OVER 20 HOURS of CME for APPROX. 100 PHYSICIANS. AN ADDITIONAL 80 RESIDENTS ALSO PARTICIPATE IN THE POSTER CONTEST. APPROX. 20 STUDENTS ALSO PARTICIPATE. THE OBJECTIVE is to PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY CME AT A REASONABLE PRICE and to INTERACT WITH MEMBERS to ASSIST THEM IN ADDRESSING ISSUES of IMPORTANCE to THEM.
