Studies Have Shown That Injured Service Members Are Increasingly Seeking Out Complementary and Alternative Medicine CAM to Battle The Stress and Pain of Both Physical and Mental Wounds of War, Illness, or Injury. In An Ongoing Effort to Address The Critical Needs of The Wounded, Ill, or Injured Service Members and Their Families, Cause Continues to Offer CAM to Complement The Care They Receive At Military Medical Facilities. In 2023, Cause Conducted The Massage, Reiki, and Reflexology Program At Fort Belvoir, VA. Over 500 Treatment Session Were Given In 2023, and Over 17,500 Treatments Have Been Given Since The Inception of The Program. Based On Program Surveys and Feedback, Participants Noted An Overall Decrease In Pain of Over 80% and An Overall Decrease In Stress of Ov
