What they do

The Smith Mountain Lake Soccer Club is A Non Profit Organization Under Section 501(c) (3) of The Internal Revenue Code, Dedicated to Providing A Fun, Positive and Challenging Soccer Experience for The Youth At Smith Mountain Lake and Surrounding Areas. Our Goal is to Establish A Fun Environment to Help Develop Strong, Confident Youth Through The Beautiful Game of Soccer. Teaching Sound Soccer Technical Skills, Self Discipline, Sportsmanship, and Providing Good Physical Conditioning We Believe This Will Give Our Youth A Firm Foundation for Growth Not Only to Be Great Soccer Players, But The Skill Sets Needed to Meet Challenges, Set Goals, and Become Leaders In Life. We Try to Foster National/international Amateur Sport Competition. We Do This Training The Kids to Be Competitive At All Levels and Taking Them to Tournaments That Feature Teams From All Over. We Are Also Putting A Program In Place to Take Teams to Europe to Train With Players From Other Countries.
