ON JUNE 15, 2018, THE BOARD of DIRECTORS VOTED to CLOSE THE SCHOOL AT THE END of THE JUNE 30, 2018, SCHOOL YEAR, and VOLUNTARILY RETURN THE CHARTER to THE DISTRICT of COLUMBIA PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD ("PCSB") AT THAT TIME. THE FORMAL NARRATIVE PLAN of DISSOLUTION, WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENTLY SUBMITTED to THE PCSB, WAS APPROVED BY THE SCHOOLS BOARD ON AUGUST 2, 2018. THE PRIMARY REASON for THE BOARDS DECISION to CLOSE THE
