SHEP Herd Club Teach Deaf Blind Individuals How to Read Braille, Use The Specific Equipment Like Readers, Braille Machines, and Provide Support and Service to The Deaf Blind Community. SHEP Improves The Quality of Life and Independence With The (Deaf Blind Individual) DBI, Being Able to Live Independently. With The Training That We Provide to The First Responders, They Can Utilize Equipment to Quickly Respond to Emergency Situations and Interact and Notify The Deaf Blind By Taking The Specific Precautions and By Using The Quick Response Cue Cards Written In Braille. First Responders Have Stated It Will Reduce The Footprint of Their Response Time. They Are Now Able to Identify If The Household Has A Dual Sensory Loss Need By The Decal Stickers and By The Training and Have A Quicker and More In-depth Response. This Includes Knowing If There is A DB and Where They Sleep. Because If They Respond to Someone and Their Abilities Are Diminished, The First Responders Must Be Able to Quickly Com
