THE ORGANIZATION ALSO AIMS to MAKE GRANTS to ORGANIZATIONS ORGANIZED and OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY for CHARITABLE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING of CODE SECTION 170(C)(2)(B), WHICH HAVE RECEIVED AN IRS DETERMINATION of THEIR EXEMPTION FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION PURSUANT to CODE SECTION 501(C)(3).
