THIS ALLOWS MIGHTY RIVER PROJECT to ACCOMPLISH THE PRIMARY TAX EXEMPT PURPOSE of GIVING VULNERABLE FAMILIES THE MEANS to KEEP THEIR FAMILIES TOGETHER and THEIR CHILDREN OUT of INSTITUTIONAL CARE.
