PARTICIPANTS WILL FORM BOTH SMALL and LARGE STUDY GROUPS and HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY to ROTATE INTO A CONSULTANT ROLE for EITHER SMALL or LARGE GROUP, DEPENDING UPON THEIR LEVEL of EXPERIENCE. AT THE END of THE CONSULTATION CONSULTANT(S) RECEIVE IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK IN A PUBLIC SETTING FROM ONE or MORE SENIOR GROUP RELATIONS CONSULTANTS for THE BENEFIT of ALL PARTICIPANTS. A NUMBER of SPOTS WILL BE RESERVED for PEOPLE WHO PREFER NOT to TAKE A CONSULTING ROLE, BUT ARE INTERESTED IN THE GROUP RELATIONS MODEL of EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING. 39 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN THIS EVENT.
