THE PURPOSE of ITS FORMATION WAS to PROVIDE ADVOCACY for PEOPLE WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CHALLENGES(SUBSTANCE ABUSE and MENTAL ILLNESS)AND to BRING NEEDED SERVICES to THIS FRONTER AREA.
