THE STRUCTURE, and THE LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, is OWNED BY THE TOWN of EAST HAMPTON. THE SOCIETY is A NONPROFIT 501(C(3) CORPORATION DOMICILED IN THE STATE of NEW YORK. THE PROPOSED NONPROFIT CORPORATION PLANS to RAISE FUNDS to COMPLETE THE RESTORATION of THE LIFE-SAVING STATION. THE COPORATION WILL ENTER INTO A MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN of EAST HAMPTON and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for CONTROLLING THE USES to WHICH THE BUILDING WIL BE PUT.
