THE PURPOSE WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH: 1) ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT and BUSINESS RETENTION and RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES and PROGRAMS IN ANGELS CAMP, WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, CITY OFFICIALS RESPONSIBLE for ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT and WITH THE CITY COUNCIL; and 2) DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING THE IMPLEMENTATION of THE "ANGELS CAMP BRANDING, DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING ACTION PLAN" (NOVEMBER 2008) WITH THE GOAL of DEVELOPING ANGELS CAMP INTO THE MOUNTAIN SPORTS CAPITAL IN THE SIERRA NEVADA MOUNTAINS.
