THE ORGANIZATION SHALL DO SO BY OPERATING REGULAR YOUTH SPORTS LEAGUES AND COMPETITIVE TEAMS, BY ENGAGING ADULT PLAYERS AND COACHES THAT ARE POSITIVE ROLE MODELS FOR THE YOUTH, AND AFFILIATING WITH LOCAL, REGIONAL, OR NATIONWIDE ORGANIZATIONS AS MAY BE INVOLVED IN THE PROMOTION AND OPERATION OF YOUTH SPORTS COMPETITION.THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED ARE:1. PROVIDE AMATEUR COMPETITIVE AND RECREATIONAL SOCCER CLUBS FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS ON THE CENTRAL COAST OF CALIFORNIA.2. PROVIDE TURF FIELD MAINTENANCE AND FIELD MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND UPKEEP OF PLAYING FIELDS FOR AMATEUR SPORTS.3.
