THE KIDS CLASSIC/FREE PLAY IS AN ANNUAL PROGRAM HELD DURING THE SUMMER THAT CURRENTLY SERVES SIXTY-FOUR, AGE 4-18 YEAR-OLD UNDERSERVED YOUTH FROM NEW YORK CITYS FIVE BOROUGHS WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY-DISADVANTAGED AND POSSESS ONE OR MORE ADDITIONAL RISK FACTORS IN THEIR BACKGROUNDS. THE KIDS CLASSIC/FREE PLAY IS FREE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS, DESIGNED TO BUILD POSITIVE INTERACTION, TEAMWORK, FRIENDSHIP AND CAMARADERIE WHILE IMPROVING SOCCER SKILLS IN A POSITIVE SETTING OF PEERS, MENTORS AND COACHES.
