THE PROGRAM MOTIVATES PARTICIPANTS to DOCUMENT THEIR LIFE CHANGES, to PROMOTE CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES and to BECOME COMMUNITY LEADERS PROMOTING CHANGE IN OTHERS. INVESTING IN OURSELVES PROVIDES A COMMUNITY OUTREACH to TEACH HEALTHY COOKING, PHYSICAL FITNESS, BUSINESS LITERACY, BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS, and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. CLASSES ARE MULTIGENERATIONAL.
