Image Point Mobile Medical Services Brought A Positive Impact On Our Patients Lives Residing In Yakima County, Washington By Providing Our Entire Medical and Support Services for Free/no Charge During 2024. Approximately 108 At-risk Vulnerable Patients Received Over 217 Combined Medical and Support Services That Included Pregnancy Testing, Ultrasound Exams, STI Test and Treatment, Options Education and Community Referrals. Approximately 100 Low-income Families Received Practical Support From Our Annual Diaper Drive Held Each January That Distributed Over 3400 Diapers In Conjunction With Our Local Diaper Bank. According to Our 2024 Client Exit Survey 87% of Our Patients Reported They Were Empowered and Able to Make Informed Decisions About Their Pregnancies Based On The Combined Medical and Support Services They Received.
