THE ESTABLISHMENT of ALL FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS, WHETHER for ONLY THE FOUNDATION, THE OBLIGATED GROUP or ANY MEMBER THEREOF, SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY VESTED IN FOUNDATION.
