What they do
THE CICERONIAN SOCIETY EXISTS to EQUIP and ENCOURAGE CHRISTIAN SCHOLARS to SERVE THE CHURCH AS A CENTER of CULTURAL and CIVIC RENEWAL THROUGH PUBLICATIONS and CONFERENCES. IN 2025, WE HELD A CONFERENCE IN HARRISONBURG, VA WHICH SOLD OUT AT 150 ATTENDEES and 34 SCHOLARLY PANELS and 6 SPONSORS. ATTENDEES and PRESENTERS INCLUDED CLERGY, NON-PROFIT LEADERS, INDEPENDENT SCHOLARS, GRADUATE and UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS, and FACULTY FROM ACROSS THE HUMANITIES and SOCIAL SCIENCES. WE SECURED ADDITIONAL FUNDING for OUR NEW CONFERENCE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM and TRIPLED THE NUMBER of APPLICATIONS for THE 2026 EVENT. WE ALSO INAUGURATED A MAJOR BOOK PRIZE for RESEARCH ON THE AMERICAN FOUNDING, CALLED THE HERBERT J. STORING PIRZE, WHICH WAS PRESENTED AT THE CONFERENCE. Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
