THROUGH YOGA, MEDITATION, JOURNALING, GROUP SHARING and MENTORSHIP, PARTICIPANTS LEARN to EXPLORE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THEIR THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS, SPIRIT and PHYSICAL BODIES, CREATING A LEARNING COMMUNITY IN WHICH THEIR GRIEF SERVES AS A CATALYST for PERSONAL GROWTH and TRANSFORMATION.
