THIS VISION is ADDRESSED THROUGH FOUR SEPARATE COMMITTEES ECONOMIC VITALITY, PROMOTION, DESIGN, and ORGANIZATION, EACH of WHICH ACTS ON DIFFERENT ELEMENTS of THE VISION to PRODUCE BOTH QUALITATIVE and QUANTITATIVE OUTCOMES.
