In Developing and Evaluating Impact Zoning Techniques, The Controls and Environmental Parameters Will Include Land-use, Traffic, Environmental (air Quality, Water Quality and Erosion and Sedimentation) Controls and Standards As Well As Impact On Birds and Other Migratory Species.
