ELIN PELIN FOUNDATION RENTS SPACE for THE BULGARIAN SCHOOL and A SMALL LIBRARY, WHICH PROVIDES FREE, EASY-TO-ACCESS ARTICLES, BOOKS and JOURNALS WRITTEN IN BULGARIAN and ENGLISH LANGUAGES to THOSE INTERESTED to LEARN ABOUT THE BALKANS CULTURE, HISTORY and HERITAGE. ELIN PELIN FOUNDATION HAS A MISSION to HELP PRESERVE THE BULGARIAN LANGUAGE, CULTURE and CUSTOMS, AS WELL AS to EMBRACE BULGARIAN-AMERICAN ARTISTS and POPULARIZE BULGARIAN-AMERICAN ART IN ALL ITS FORMS.
