THIS ENVIRONMENT WILL ALSO STRENGTHEN THE MEMBERSHIP THROUGH FRATERNIZATION, FELLOWSHIP, PRESERVATION of THE HERITAGE of LAW ENFORCEMENT, FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS and THE MEMORY of THOSE OFFICERS WHO HAVE FALLEN or PASSED AWAY. A PRIMARY COMMITMENT of THE ASSOCIATION is to PROVIDE VISIONARY TRAINING and EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES. THE RESULTS of THIS MISSION, WILL BE REALIZED THROUGH THE IMPROVEMENT OF, and SERVICE TO, OUR MEMBERS and MORE EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT SERVICE to ALL.
