IDENTIFY FUNDING and PROPERTY for LOW-BARRIER SUPPORTIVE HOUSING for COMMUNITY MEMBERS RETURNING FROM INCARCERATION AND/OR INSTITUTIONALIZATION. B. SECURE $2 MILLION IN FUNDS for PRESERVING EXISTING AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH A HOME REPAIRS PROGRAM for LOW-INCOME HOMEOWNERS. C.
