What they do
THE MONTANA PARKINSONS FOUNDATION, INCS MAIN GOAL is to RAISE MONEY to HELP FUND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE INVOLVED IN PARKINSONS DISEASE RESEARCH, SPECIFICALLY THOSE WHO ARE SEARCHING to FIND A CURE and to DEVELOP NEW MEDICATION and TREATMENTS for PARKINSONS PATIENTS, AS WELL AS to HELP BOTH CAREGIVERS and PATIENTS IN THEIR DAILY ACTIVITIES. THIS WILL BE DONE THROUGH DONATIONS, FINE ART AUCTIONS, and EVENTS, to HELP RAISE FUNDS for OUR CAUSE. A GOOD PORTION of THESE FUNDS RAISED WILL GO to THE MICHAEL J. FOX FOUNDATION, WITH THE BALANCE BEING DISTRIBUTED to VARIOUS PARKINSONS DISEASE GROUPS THROUGHOUT MONTANA and THE REGION. WE ARE TRYING to HELP GROUPS WHO LACK THE FUNDS NECESSARY, to EDUCATE and CONNECT PEOPLE WITH RESOURCES to BETTER ASSIST THEM WITH THEIR DAILY PARKINSONS DISEASE NEEDS, IN THE CITIES and RURAL AREAS of OUR REGION.
Should I give to this charity?
This record may have an IRS status problem. Do not give until you verify it.
Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Worth asking: Expenses exceeded revenue by $5,288 this year. Ask whether that was planned or caused by a one-time event.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
