Joule Secured New Leadership to Re-open The School With An Eye Towards Converting to Charter School Status. A Plan Was Developed for This. Unfortunately, We Had The Same Problems With Retaining Staff That We Did The Previous Year, and Ultimately It Was Decided That The School Could Not Be Re-opened. We Transferred Our Assets to A Different 501(c)(3) Private School In A Nearby Town and Closed Permanently.
