IT is OUR AIM to ADVANCE THE SPORT to A WELL-ORGANIZED and AN EQUALLY WELL-CONDUCTED EVENT THAT EVERYONE CAN ENJOY. IT is ALSO OUR PURPOSE to INSURE EVERY CONTESTANT DESIRING to REIN, A FAIR and EQUAL CHANCE. THEREFORE, A UNIFORM SET of BYLAWS, RULES, and REGULATIONS GOVERNING A REINING EVENT WAS CONSIDERED NECESSARY.
