WE DO THIS BY BUILDING THE CAPACITY of and PROVIDING RESOURCES to OUR NETWORK of INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS AS WELL AS STRONGER OVERSIGHT of and TRAINING for AFFILIATE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.
