What they do

Heroism is "the Conduct Exhibited In Fulfilling or Attaining A Noble End." Our Mission At Hero Junction is to Mentor At Risk Youth In Exactly That Type of Conduct.We Will Use CrossFit Training to Not Only Improve Fitness and Nutrition,but Also to Teach Important Life Skills Like Responsibility,confidence,hard Work,and How to Deal With Adversity.Each Individual Will Be Held Accountable Through Staff Supervision and Mentoring.We Will Reach Out,through CrossFit,to Help Improve Our Local Community.We Want to Give These Kids "strength for Life"so They Can Properly Deal With Every Important Junction That Lies Ahead of Them.We Want to Foster In Them The Strength It Will Take to Become The Heroes of The Next Generation.
