EXAMPLES of TOPICS for THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE RECYCLING, ENERGY CONSERVATION, and EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT. A REPRESENTATIVE FROM A GOVERNMENT or PRIVATE ENTITY, AT NO CHARGE, WOULD SPEAK to THE ORGANIZATION ABOUT AN ISSUE, A NEW PROGRAM, or OPPORTUNITY for ORANGE COUNTY MUNICIPALITIES. THE ORGANIZATION MEMBERS WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE to PAY ONLY THE COST of A MEAL WHEN ATTENDING THESE PROGRAMS. THROUGH MONTHLY MEETINGS and NETWORKING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS TRIPS to MEETINGS and CONVENTIONS of THE STATE-WIDE ASSOCIATION of TOWNS, VILLAGES, and CITIES, THE ORGANIZATION WILL STUDY and DISCUSS VARIOUS ACTIVITIES and ACTIONS THAT WILL HAVE A BENEFICIAL EF
