THE ASSOCIATIONS INTENTION is to GIVE THE YOUTH of HOT SPRING COUNTY HEALTHY and ENTERTAINING OPTIONS for WAYS to SPEND THEIR FREE TIME to DISCOURAGE BAD BEHAVIOR and JUVENILE DELINQUENCY.
