THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES INDIRECT SUPPORT of STARBASE BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL and LOGISTICAL SUPPORT of STARBASE STAFF, THROUGH THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT of DEFENSE, AS AUTHORIZED and PERMITTED BY LAWS of THE STATE of GEORGIA and GEORGIA DEPARTMENT of DEFENSE REGULATIONS.
