FIRST, THE ORGANIZATION, THROUGH VOLUNTEERS PARTIALLY FUNDED BY THE ORGANIZATION, WILL PROVIDE SUPPLIES and TREATMENT DIRECTLY to THE INDIVIDUALS DESCRIBED ABOVE for THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE and WILL PROVIDE TRAINING to RESIDENTS of THE LOCATION SERVED IN ORDER to PERMIT THOSE INDIVIDUALS to PROVIDE TREATMENT to THE INDIVIDUALS DESCRIBED ABOVE for THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE. SECOND, THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE FUNDS and SUPPLIES to OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN ORDER for SUCH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS to PROVIDE TREATMENT to THE INDIVIDUALS DESCRIBED ABOVE for THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
