In 2025, Texas Wolfdog Project Advanced Its Mission to Rescue, Rehabilitate, and Provide Shelter for Displaced and At-risk Wolfdogs By Delivering Comprehensive Care to 29 Animals. Each Wolfdog Received Individualized Support, Including Secure, Species-appropriate Containment, High-quality Nutrition, Behavioral Enrichment, and Ongoing Health Monitoring. Our Program Prioritizes Vulnerable Populations, With Specialized, Long-term Care Provided to Senior and Special-needs Wolfdogs Who Are Often Unsuitable for Rehoming. This Year, We Successfully Intervened In Three At-risk Situations, Rescuing Wolfdogs In Need of Immediate Placement and Stabilization. Through Our Structured Evaluation and Placement Process, We Responsibly Transitioned One Animal Into A Thoroughly Vetted, Qualified Home-ensuring Both Animal Welfare and Community Safety.
