FREE ARTS-BASED PROGRAMS INCLUDE DRIGGS SUMMER ARTS COMPRISED of THE ANNUAL DRIGGS PLEIN AIR ART FESTIVAL, SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARKS PERFORMANCE, and SEVEN DOWNTOWN SOUNDS OUTDOOR CONCERTS. FALL IN DOWNTOWN DRIGGS INCLUDES THE ANNUAL SCARECROW CONTEST and DOWNTOWN TRICK or TREAT. WINTER PROGRAMS INCLUDE LIGHT UP DOWNTOWN, MUGLER PLAZA CANDLELIGHT CAROLING, ANNUAL DRIGGS SNOWSCAPES and SNOW BALL.
