Night Fall is An Organization Centered Around Community; Sharing Stories Through Various Art Media and A Space Where Everyone is Invited! Our Annual Theatrical Performance In One of Hartfords Many Vibrant, Public Parks Involves Several Interconnected Stages, Each With Distinct Activities and Costs. It Begins With Community Outreach, Including Promotional Materials, Workshops, and Volunteer Coordination to Engage Local Residents. Planning and Pre-production Follow, Covering Creative Development Such As Scriptwriting, Concept Design, and Administrative Tasks Like Meetings, Permits, and Staffing. The Production Phase Includes Building Sets and Puppets, Preparing Costumes, and Arranging Music and Audio Needs. Rehearsals Require Space Rental, Performer Stipends, and Technical Preparation. On Performance Day, Expenses Cover Stage Setup, Staffing, and Audience Logistics. Finally, Post-event Efforts Include Cleanup, Media Documentation, and Program Evaluation.
