IWAC WILL FACILITATE REGIONAL DIALOGUES and STUDIES THAT RESULT IN RECOMMENDATIONS for POLICY DIRECTIONS and SHARED STEWARDSHIP of THE AQUIFER and THE SPOKANE RIVER, IN A COLLABORATIVE MANNER.
