THE COALITIONS MISSION is to SUPPORT PUBLIC POLICIES and POLICY MAKERS THAT EMPOWER STUDENTS, TEACHERS and SCHOOLS, and SUPPORT LEADERS WHO SHARE OUR BELIEF THAT QUALITY EDUCATION REMAINS THE SUREST PATH to THE AMERICAN DREAM. THE COALITION WILL ALLOCATE THE MAJORITY of ITS RESOURCES TOWARD SOCIAL WELFARE, INCLUDING EDUCATING THE PUBLIC THROUGH POLICY BRIEFS and RESEARCH ON COMPLEX K12 FINANCE and ACCUNTABILITY ISSUES, SUPPORTED BY DEVELOPING SPOKESPEOPLE, STORYTELLING and MOBILIZATIN of GRASSROOTS, WITH THE REMAINING EFFOTS to SUPPORT POLCIES and POLICY MAKERS THAT SUPPORT THE EXPANSION of QUALITY SCHOOL; TRANSPARENT and FAIR FUNDING; and MEASURING IMPACT.
